Here's How it Works

Each pedalboard I build essentially is a made-to-order custom build. I have listed names of particular designs and pricing below only to serve as a starting point. They are NOT the only designs I am willing to build. In fact, at any given time, I have 2-3 new pedalboard designs underway that you won't see pictures of on the website. There is only so much time in the day and making dust in the shop is a higher priority than editing html code. But I digress. To sum things up, get in touch and let's talk about what you want out of your pedalboard.

Throne Tier I Pedalboard

>This model represents the bulk of my orders so far. I think the design speaks for itself - love it or hate it. One differentiator about this series is the Baltic Birch ply baseboard. Due to the shape and rather large footprint of the base, it simply isn't cost effective to build out of hardwood. Or I would be doing so. As with all of my custom pedalboards, one power outlet comes installed, with a Pedal Power-type for underneath. See standard options below. Weight: 18.5 lbs.

At this level, gone is the ply base. All hardwood construction. This example is mostly Padouk, with Bacote accents. Weight: 19 lbs.

This is my first example at bringing the elements of hand carving - similar to guitars - to the pedalboard. See options section below for relevant information to a Tier III model pedalboard. This ones weighs 19.5 lbs.

Here are the Standard Features

Keep your power supply under your pedalboard to save precious real estate for other gadgets. Throne custom pedalboards include a recessed power outlet on the right-hand side brace. Underneath of the board, I wire a harness that will plug into your power supply, be it a VooDoo Lab unit, or something as simple as a powerstrip. No need to flip the board over when connecting an extension cord. 1/4 inch Neutrik jacks are installed on each end of the board for input & output. More complicated wiring is available, just Contact me to discuss. To protect your board and help keep it in place, recessed rubber feet are installed on the bottom. They raise the pedalboard roughly one quarter inch off the floor.

Now, Let's Talk Options

I can custom build your board out of any hardwood that you specify, given that it can be obtained in a reasonable amount of time. The upcharge for this would be determined by the price of the wood. I have the Throne logo and name laser-etched on all of the boards I build. If you have some sort of pattern, logo, band name, etc. you would like etched onto your pedalboard, no problem. Laser-etching is an additional $20 to $40, depending on complexity. If you want me to design something, email me and I will work out a price based on your needs. Metal carrying handles can be installed on the baseboard for around $15, depending on the handles you choose. Got a crazy idea that I haven't mentioned?
